Job description


• Ensure overall project implementation under the supervision of the project coordinator and team leader

• Mobilize various stakeholders for the project (community including parents, children, teachers, volunteers, experts, resource persons, trainers etc.) as per the planned activity

• Coordinate with the stakeholders for various project activities , venue, date, timings etc. and ensure their availability through rigorous follow ups  

• Participate in trainings, team building exercise and conflict management

• Implement the planned activities in close coordination with the PC in the field

• Ensure adherence to time line for timely completion of the planned activities

• Prepare and submit monthly and weekly field mobility plans to the PC and carry out the field work as per this plan

• Ensure timely, accurate data collection with proper consent and scrutinize the data on field and in office. Incorporate feedback for necessary corrections and ensure corrected sheets are reported

• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to norms of child protection policy of the client

• Ensure timely submission of data and target indicators to the PC and team leader

• Submit all the neatly labeled photographs with consent forms to the PC of all the activities undertaken in field

• Assist the PC in preparation and submission of factsheets, monthly, quarterly, annual and project reports to reporting officer within stipulated time frame

• Prepare and provide vouchers of field expense to the PC 

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)/Targets

• Carry out awareness sessions for the project and various activities 

• Mobilize and develop two community networks and conduct monthly meetings by ensuring their participation 

• Mobilize and coordinate conduction of 4 awareness camps in the community (one window) and link family with selected schemes

• Mobilize and arrange for 11 session of parental trainings for specified number of parents

• Identify and assist in providing need based livelihood support to 15 single mothers

• Identify and assist in providing need based emergency assistance to 15 families 

• Mobilize and coordinate for 4 training of 10 teachers on role of teachers, TLM, story pedagogy, fun learning, cluster teaching, child protection

• Mobilize volunteers for trainings on various programs

• Keep record of judicious use of emergency medicines by the volunteers

• Identify and mobilize children for formation of Bal Panchayat, their trainings and monthly meetings 

• Identify and mobilize participants for TOT for life skill education, career counselling of 50 children

• Identify and mobilize volunteers/counsellors for training on mental and psychosocial health, psychological assessment of 10 critical cases

• Mobilize community for  conduction of 4 small community events
