Project Name – Creating awareness among citizens through IEC activities for waste segregation at source 

Project Location – Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune 

Duration – 6 Months


1. Team Leader – 1 Nos

Education : Master’s degree in social work/ urban planning / environment engineering

Minimum Experience : 8 years professional experience in solid waste management project

Roles & Responsibility :

• Develop Strategies to create awareness about segregation of solid waste

• Develop innovative approach to create awareness among citizens about waste segregation and home composting

• Prepare monthly and quarterly action plans

• Overall team management

• Guide and Monitor Zonal Supervisors, Ward In charge and Ground Staff

• Coordination with Client

• Execution of overall Information Education and Communication activities.

              Renumeration : 50,000 per month


2. Zonal Supervisor – 1 Nos

Education : Graduate in any discipline

Minimum Experience : 5 years of professional experience

Roles & Responsibility :

• Conduct awareness activities for creating awareness for waste segregation and processing

• Prepare action plan 

• Develop innovative ideas to create awareness among citizens to segregate waste.

• Overall coordination and monitoring of ward in charge and ground team

• Daily monitoring and reporting of activities executed 

            Renumeration : Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month


3. Ward In Charge – 4 Nos

Education : Graduate in any discipline

Minimum Experience : 2 years of professional experience

Roles & Responsibility :

• Conduct awareness activities for creating awareness for waste segregation and processing

• Coordination with ground team and execution of awareness activities

• Daily monitoring and reporting of activities executed 

              Renumeration : Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 per month.
