Education qualification : Regular Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks and Regular Two years MBA / MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resources Management with minimum 65% marks OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks and Two years Master Degree / Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with minimum 65% marks from reputed Institution.

Experience : Minimum 07 years in HR Department in an Organization of repute. Should have solid 5+ experience in HR Operations (Generalist HR) (From Hire to Retire) and Labour Codes. Candidates with only Recruitment experience candidates shall not be considered for this position. Preference would be given to candidates having in line experience in City Gas Distribution Company or in Hydrocarbon Industry.


Salary : Rs.48,000 – 1,24,500/-


Age limit : 36 years as on 30.06.20 22


Selection mode : Selection process will involve Written Examination/ Group Discussions and/or Interview before the Selection Committee or any other methodology may be chosen by TNGCL.
