Education : Full time MSW/MHRM/MBA in HR with 55% from recognized institutes/colleges.


Experience : Preferably not less than 05 / 03 years of experience in the HR functions including statutory compliances of a large industrial unit. Liasoning with govt. authorities & Municipal corporations regarding statutory compliances, license etc. Ensure that state and federal employement regualation are not violated and plant remain current on revisions and new law or company policy. Contract Labour related compliance. Maintaining harmonious relation within the plant. Maintain harmonious relationship and close cooperation between management. Coordinate and enforce HR policies, processes, systems and reporting activities. Drive employee engagement to maximize safety, manufacturing, quality and customer service goal attainment.
